Knife skills (chop, dice, slice)

Boning and filleting meat and fish

Bread

Pasta

Patisserie

Week 1: Thai salad and dressing

Week 2: Fruit tart with crème patisserie

Week 3: Calamari – prepare a whole squid

Week 4: Croquembouche (make as a group)

Use of apron/chefs hat, equipment, packaging and all ingredients are included in the price.
