For children aged 8 years+ Cost: £140 for a block of 4 classes Dates: Sunday 26th April, Sunday 3rd May, Sunday 10th May, Sunday 17th May Time: 9:30-11:00am Location: Smithers Barn, 30 Lavender Fields, Isfield TN22 5FB Learn advanced cookery skills Knife skills (chop, dice, slice) Boning and filleting meat and fish Bread Pasta Patisserie Week 1: Thai salad and dressing Week 2: Fruit tart with crème patisserie Week 3: Calamari – prepare a whole squid Week 4: Croquembouche (make as a group) Use of apron/chefs hat, equipment, packaging and all ingredients are included in the price. Recipes will be sent by email.

We require full payment of your selected holiday workshops upon booking, this is non-refundable. However if you need to cancel, we will issue a credit note for another workshop if cancelled within 48 hours.
